杨浩教授，1996年毕业于美国佛罗里达国际大学，获教育学博士。历任佛罗里达国际大学教育技术中心主管，纽约州立大学奥斯威格分校教育学院助理教授、副教授、教授。  

研究兴趣包括:教育技术在教学中的应用与发展、数字化学习、 认知与学习理论等。近期主编出版了《Collective intellig ence and e-learning 2.0: Implications of web-based com munities and networking》，《Handbook of research on  practices and outcomes in e-learning: Issues and trends》, 《Handbook of research on practices and outcomes  in virtual worlds and environments》等书籍，发表了大量研究论文。现为国际学术期刊Journal of Educational Technology Development and Exchange主编，International Journal of Cyber Behavior, Psychology and Learning 副主编，以及Journal of  Technology and Teacher Education; Interna- tional Journal on E-Learning; International Journal of Tech- nology in Teaching and Learning ；International Journal  of Managing Information Technology等编委。

 2006年获得纽约州立大学奥斯威格分校教学优异校长奖(State University of New York at Oswego President's Award for Teaching Excellence), 2009获得纽约州州立大学系统教学优异总校长奖(State University of New York Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching)。

华人社群服务方面包括：香港中文大学资讯科技教育促进中心客座教授；华中师范大学国家数字化学习工程技术研究中心特聘教授；第十届全球华人计算机教育应用大会程序委员会联席主席；国际华人教育技术协会主席（2006-07）；2009年全国研究生教育技术学暑期学校特邀专家等。
